Brady Gilmore, 21, produced another superb ride to win stage three of the ongoing Tour du Rwanda 2025 on Wednesday, clinching a second straight stage victory.

The Australian biker, riding for Israel–Premier Tech, triumphed the 121.3-kilometre circuit, which began in Musanze and finished in Rubavu, in two hours, 55 minutes, and 14 seconds.

He outsprinted Bike Aid's Yoel Habteab and the 2023 edition winner, Henok Mulubrhan, of Team Eritrea on the finish line, though he used the same time as the six riders who finished behind him.

Rwandan rider Eric Manizabayo of Java-Inovotec Pro Team chalked up a ninth-position finish in stage three, arriving at the finish line six seconds behind Gilmore.

Fabien Doubey, who rides for TotalEnergies, retained the yellow jersey after coming in fourth position in today's stage. The French cyclist has clocked nine hours, 57 minutes, and 36 seconds after 395.3 kilometres of three stages and a prologue.

Joris Delbove of TotalEnergies grabbed the second spot in the general classification, only a second behind his teammate Doubey, after finishing sixth today.

With the stage-three win, Gilmore, who had won stage two from Kigali to Musanze, moved up to fourth position in the general classification, six seconds adrift of leader Fabien Doubey.

Team Rwanda's Vainqueur Masengesho moved up to 11th in the general classification, 27 seconds off the leader, Doubey, thanks to his 13th finish today.

The race stays in the western province on Thursday for stage four, a 95.1-km route from Rubavu to Karongi.
